- 1 tsp salt
- 6 bananas
- ½ (~80g) cup of walnuts

how to
- Chop walnuts into preferred sized chunks.
- In a bowl cream the butter, mascarpone, brown sugar and eggs.
- Mix in the flour, baking soda and salt until just combined.
- Mash the bananas with a fork. There should still be some small chunks left.
- Mix the bananas and walnuts into the cake until everything is distributed evenly. Don't over mix.
- Pour everything into a buttered cake or bread mould.
- Bake for 55 minutes at 175°C. A skewer inserted into the middle should come out clean.
- Transfer onto a cooling rack and wait at least 15 minutes before cutting.
