white chocolate filling
I usually use it as a macarons filling that surrounds chocolate ganache.
Default amount of ingredients should be enough for macarons made with 3 egg whites if used only for the outer filling ring.

- 55ml 30% cream

how to
- Melt the chocolate and the cream together. Heat only until it's combined.
- Let come down to refrigerator temperature.
- Whip up.
