how to

  1. Toast the coconut. Can be in the oven once it heats up, ~2 minutes, mix around, ~1 minute.
  2. Cream butter with both sugars.
  3. Whisk in the eggs and vanilla.
  4. Add in the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt).
  5. Mix in toasted coconut.
  6. Bake for 11 minutes at 180°C.
