how to
- Toast the coconut. Can be in the oven once it heats up, ~2 minutes, mix around, ~1 minute.
- Cream butter with both sugars.
- Whisk in the eggs and vanilla.
- Add in the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt).
- Mix in toasted coconut.
- Bake for 11 minutes at 180°C.
