how to
- Mix all of the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl cream together eggs, sugar and vanilla.
- Whisk in the oil to the eggs and sugar batter.
- Add in the dry ingredients to the batter and minimally mix.
- Mash the bananas with a fork. There should still be some small chunks left.
- Mix the bananas into the rest of the batter.
- Transfer to a buttered cake mould.
- Bake for 50 minutes at 180°C. A skewer inserted into the middle should come out clean.

- Add the chocolate and cream into a small sauce pan and heat up until just combined.
- Let cool down to refrigerator temperature.
- Whip up when the cake is ready to be decorated.
